Международный кинофестиваль «ФестПро» (далее – «Фестиваль») в городах Москва, Санкт-Петербург, Новосибирск, Архангельск, Астрахань, Владимир является смотром-конкурсом фильмов, получивших экспертную оценку членов отборочной комиссии. Статья 2. Фестиваль способствует укреплению нравственных ценностей в зрителях. Задачами Фестиваля также являются поддержка кинематографистов и популяризация киноискусства в регионах. Слоган фестиваля: «Кинопроизводство с нравственностью!» Статья 3. Организатором Фестиваля является общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Кинокомпания «Катарсис». Фестиваль проходит в библиотеках и киноклубах городов России. Фестиваль проводится Ежегодно, начиная с 2019 года. Статья 4. Программу работы Фестиваля и порядок демонстрации фильмов определяет Директор программ фестиваля. Статья 5. Победители Фестиваля определяются в следующих в номинациях: Лучший полнометражный фильм Лучший тизер/трейлер Победители получают лавры и дипломы Фестиваля. Статья 6. На Фестиваль принимаются полнометражные фильмы (любые темы и жанры) от 60 минут, короткометражные фильмы (любые темы и жанры) до 40 минут. Фильм может быть любого года производства, премьеры не требуется. Принимаются работы из любых стран мира. Для русских фильмов английские субтитры не обязательны. Фестиваль открыт для кинематографистов со всего мира. Отправить заявку можно через платформы filmfreeway.com, нашифестивали.рф или яндекс.формы, оплатив взнос, указанный на сайте в зависимости от номинации и дедлайна. Взнос не гарантирует отбор работ в конкурсную программу и не возвращается. Все права (включая музыку, литературную основу) должны быть очищены. Создатели фильма несут полную ответственность за соблюдения прав. Статья 7. Окончательное решение о включении фильма в конкурсную программу Фестиваля принимает Отборочная комиссия, которая оставляет за собой право не объяснять причину отказа и не давать комментариев. Статья 8. Создателям отобранных фильмов необходимо прислать на электронный адрес фестиваля не позднее чем за 5 дней до начала фестиваля следующие материалы:
Статья 9. В рамках проведения Фестиваля фильмы конкурсной или любой другой программы могут быть показаны не более 5 (пяти) раз без письменного разрешения правообладателя фильма или его полномочного представителя. Статья 10. Фильмы конкурсной программы оценивает жюри, состоящее из профессионалов отечественной и зарубежной кинематографии, в количестве не менее 4 (четырёх) человек. Не менее двух отечественных и не менее двух зарубежных. Статья 11. На Фестиваль не допускаются фильмы, содержащие информацию, распространение которой запрещено законодательством Российской Федерации, либо содержащие нецензурную брань. Также не допускаются фильмы, которым ранее было отказано в выдаче прокатного удостоверения. Статья 12. Участие в Фестивале подразумевает согласие со всеми статьями данного Регламента. |
Article 1.
The FestPro International Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as the «Festival») in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Arkhangelsk, Astrakhan, and Vladimir is a film competition that evaluates films based on the expert opinion of the selection committee members. Article 2. The Festival aims to promote moral values among the audience. It also aims to support filmmakers and promote the art of cinema in the regions. The festival’s slogan is «Filmmaking with Morals!» Article 3. The Festival is organized by the Kataris Film Company LLC. The Festival takes place in libraries and film clubs in Russian cities. The Festival has been held annually since 2019. Article 4. The Festival’s program and film screening schedule are determined by the Festival’s Program Director. Article 5.
The Festival’s winners are determined in the following categories: Best Feature Film Best Short Film Best Documentary Film Best Human Rights Film Best Film for Children Best Animated Film Best Music Video Best Poster/Photo Project Best Teaser/Trailer The winners receive the Festival’s laurels and diplomas. Article 6. The Festival accepts full-length films (any themes and genres) from 60 minutes, short films (any themes and genres) up to 40 minutes. The film can be of any year of production, a premiere is not required. Works from any countries of the world are accepted. For Russian films, English subtitles are not required. The Festival is open to filmmakers from all over the world. Submit an application through the platforms filmfreeway.com, ourfestivals.RF or Yandex.forms, by paying the fee specified on the website, depending on the nomination and deadline. The fee does not guarantee the selection of works for the competition program and is not refundable. All rights (including music and literary basis) must be cleared. The creators of the film are fully responsible for compliance with the rights. Article 7. The final decision on the inclusion of the film in the Festival’s competition program is made by the Selection Committee, which reserves the right not to explain the reason for the refusal and not to provide comments. Article 8. The creators of the selected films must send the following materials to the festival’s email address no later than 5 days before the start of the festival: A link to download the film up to 2 GB. Within the framework of the Festival, films of the competition or any other program may be shown no more than 5 (five) times without the written permission of the copyright holder of the film or its authorized representative. Article 10. The films of the competition program are evaluated by a jury consisting of at least 4 (four) professionals from domestic and foreign cinematography. At least two of them are from Russia and at least two are from other countries. Article 11. Films containing information that is prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation or containing obscene language are not allowed at the Festival. Films that have previously been denied a distribution certificate are also not allowed. Article 12. Participation in the Festival implies agreement with all the articles of this Regulations. |
